“W” type valve
"W" type ball valve and butterfly valve are the products specially developed by our company for water treatment industry. The products are pressure resistant PN10, and the product design is compact and light. It can fully meet the requirements of various water treatment industry applications, especially in water treatment equipment. The products are small in size and easy to install, which can effectively solve the difficulties in equipment installation.
“C” type valve
"C" valve is well-made and novel in design. It is focused on industrial application, with higher quality of materials, higher machining degree of parts, high precision, small torque and better corrosion resistance. Different configurations are required to meet the anti-corrosion requirements of different industries.
ELECTRIC VALVE/PNEMATIC VALVE
Our company provides customers with UPVC, CPVC, PPH, PVDF, PPS and other corrosion-resistant industrial valves. The products have the characteristics of exquisite design, beautiful appearance, small torque, large power, dust and corrosion resistance.
All actuators are produced by well-known brand manufacturers, in line with the national standards, EU certification standards.
The electric actuator provides the voltage standard of 24 V, 220 V and 380 V, with switch type as standard, adjustable type optional, signal feedback source as standard, with simple connection, convenient operation and stable performance.
The pneumatic actuator is equipped with double acting actuator as standard. Single acting actuator, (explosion-proof) signal feedback source, air filter and other devices can be selected. The cylinder material is solid and the assembly is elegant.
All actuator mounting holes are in accordance with ISO5211 standard, which is suitable for global customers.
S304 precision casting parts are used for the bracket and shaft of the connection part between the actuator and the valve, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant, and can be used in corrosive aerosol environment such as acid and alkali.
Valve for actuator
In order to meet the needs of a wider range of valve automation process, our company has independently developed dual ball valve, flange ball valve and butterfly valve for actuator assembly. The materials are UPVC, CPVC, PPH, PVDF and other engineering plastics, and the pressure PN10 and PN16 can be selected.
The ball valve is separately equipped with bracket and connecting shaft, which are all precision cast with S304 stainless steel. The installation hole position conforms to ISO5211 standard. It has the same matching size with the ball valve, beautiful appearance and corrosion resistance. The valve stem adopts high-strength PPS engineering plastic to improve the mechanical rigidity of the valve stem and prevent fracture.
The butterfly valve is provided with square and octagonal valve stems equipped with the actuator. The actuator can be directly installed without additional support. The installation hole is provided according to ISO5211 standard, and no additional opening is required.
FITTINGS SERIES
Our company provides national standard DIN PN16 GB / t4219.2-2015, American Standard ANSI sch80 ASTM d2467 and Japanese Standard JIS K 6743 / 6777, which meet the requirements of different standards and pressure PN16 pipe fittings
All the raw materials have passed the SGS environmental protection certification and meet the requirements of most countries. The raw materials have stable performance, uniform color, excellent workmanship and standard mechanical size. It can be equipped with any pipe that meets the standard.
All pipe threads are processed by CNC machine tools, which greatly improves the thread accuracy. It is suitable for pipes and fittings that meet the RC and NPT taper pipe thread standards, and the sealing is more tight.
